Welcome. I’m Fi — a lash lift and brow specialist in Maidenhead, trainer and mentor with over 13 years of hands-on experience. I remember when I first started out in the beauty industry I was given the advice: “Specialise in the treatments you love.” For me, that was lashes and brows. I followed that advice.
My journey has taken me from local training rooms to international masterclasses — including training in Ukraine with renowned lash educator Olga Volkova. I, achieved my PTLLS teaching qualification, and invested in continuous development through brands like HD Brows and London Lash.
Today, I bring that experience into every treatment and every lash lift and brow lamination course I deliver.
Why I Started Teaching
When I first trained in lashes and brows, I remember feeling overwhelmed, underprepared, and a bit lost once the course ended. There was so much I didn’t know — from product chemistry to client aftercare — and no one to ask when I had questions. That experience stayed with me. I knew that when I eventually started teaching, I wanted to create something better. A space that’s supportive, inclusive, and built around real-world learning — not just ticking boxes. I’m especially passionate about helping neurodivergent learners, or anyone who’s ever felt like traditional training just didn’t quite work for them.
